Sun Style 73 Form

When practitioners feel comfortable with Tai Chi for Arthritis part 1 and 2, they often enjoy the more advanced, Sun Style 73. The movements in Tai Chi for Arthritis are adapted from the Sun Style 73. Learning the Tai Chi for Arthritis first helps a student master the longer form considerably easier than if they begin with the long form. This is the official form used in Sun Style tai chi competitions.
